Peek a Boo!

Marilyn here with today's project and I've chosen the cute Peek a Boo which I think is a perfect image for a little gal's birthday card.  This little cutie can be purchased at Funky Kits.
http://www.funkykits.co.uk/catalog/
I've used several brands of dies on the card and you can find more details about them and the Copic colours on my blog.
You still have time to enter the monthly challenge plus there's plenty of inspiration and great conversation on the Sugar Nellie Facebook Fan Page.
See you back here tomorrow!

So for todays card I have used this little cutie called Picket Post from the Sugar Nellie digital  range.  I coloured the image with spectrum noir pens...and added some shading with spectrum noir blendable pencils.

I have used papers from LOTV and added some ribbon to finish...

Live Love Laugh

Hi Everyone :)

I'm Faye, and I am delighted to be posting on the Sugar Nellie Blog! One of the very first stamps I bought came from Funky Kits, so it's safe to say, I have been a fan for a long time. But, you don't want to hear that, you want to see more of that sweet little lady up there, don't you?!

This beautiful image is called Live Laugh Love, and boy, was she a dream to colour. As she's a Digi, I took the liberty of flipping her around, I tend to colour my light source from the top left, and although I will do it top right, I have a habit of forgetting half way through! ;)

Anyway, enough of my chatter. If you would like any information on the colours I have used, you can find them on my Blog. Otherwise, have a wonderful day.

Summer Joy Princess

Marilyn here with one of the new ScrapBerry stamps at Funky Kits
This cute little bunny is called Summer Joy Princess.  I had a few problems with the pink on the inner ear and
http://www.funkykits.co.uk/catalog/index.php
try to look at it as 'creating an opportunity' instead of 'adding too dark of ink' so there's a little gray in the mix as well.
Remember the challenge over on the Sugar Bowl, plenty of inspiration and chatting on the Facebook Fan Page and more inspiration here from another of my teamies tomorrow.

Basik 'For You'

Good morning everyone!

Janine here to share another card with you today. I thought I would use one of the fab new stamp sets from Scrapberry called 'For You' - the set is available from Funkykits here. There are more cute stamps in the range which are definitely worth checking out (these are also available from Funkykits).

To make my card, I created my own portrait card base from an A4 sheet of white card cut in half. I die cut a rectangular frame using 2 dies which I then mounted on top of some patterned paper. The cat was stamped and coloured with Derwent Inktense Pencils and cut out. My finished cat, die cut 'thought' bubble and hillside were added to the frame; this was then added to my card base using foam tape to add a little dimension. To finish, I added a few holographic sequins.

For more details of everything I used please check out my blog here.

Thanks for dropping by, and don't forget to call by tomorrow to see some sweet inspiration from
our fab Design Team.
